摘　　要：外环线-津汉快速路组合立交是外环线东北部调线与津汉快速路形成的枢纽型全互通立交,起到疏解市内外交通,缓解城市交通压力的作用,是天津市规划快速外环的重要节点。该节点现状及规划交通条件复杂,现状地物制约条件多,通过对立交功能、交通量、设计要点分析,对方案进行比选,最终确定立交设计方案。该立交方案设计思路可供同类立交设计及建设工作者参考。The Outer Ring Road- Jinhan expressway combined interchange is the hub-type full interchange formed of Outer Ring Road Northeast Line and Jinhan Expressway to play the role of smoothening the traffic inside and outside of city and relieving the urban traffic pressure, and is an important node in the planned expressway outer ring line in Tianjin. The interchange design scheme is finally determined according to the analysis of interchange function, traffic flow and design gist, and based on the selection of schemes. The design thought of this interchange scheme can be referred for the design of the similar interchanges.
