摘　　要：影子银行并非你想象中的那么"坏"。存在即合理。影子银行之所以得到生存和发展,是因为它适应了市场经济发展的需要。注意了影子银行的存在,就应全面地去探讨它,以达到齐家共管之效。笔者认为,影子银行之所以到处能"开花",是因为银行受的管制太严。要有良性的金融市场,就要有良好的金融环境。The existence of the shadow banking system is reasonable and not as bad as some economists thought. The shadow banking survives and grows because it is adapted to the market needs of economic development, which can be explored comprehensively. Only in this way, the shadow banking can be objectively understood, rather than unilaterally concluded that it is good or bad. The author believes that banks are regulated too strictly, which leads up to the rapid development of the shadow banking. A reasonable financial market is based on a good financial environ- ment. Therefore, this article explains that the shadow banking system should be treated objectively and rationally, so as to improve the financial environment.
