络纱张力圈重量与纱线支数相关性分析

摘　　要：针对络筒过程中纱线张力的合理确定问题,通过络纱工艺实验数据,应用相关分析方法,建立了络纱张力圈重量W与纱线支数Ne之间的理论计算公式,为合理设计络纱工艺提供了依据。To properly determine the yam tension in winding process, this paper applies related analyzing me- thods and sets up the theoretical calculating formula between the weight of winding half hitch W and the yam count Ne based on experimental data in winding process, which provides basis for the proper design of winding process.
