摘　　要：俄罗斯盲人图书馆非常重视宣传工作,其通过在各种媒体上做公益广告、出版盲文文献、开展娱乐休闲活动、参加阅读活动和比赛、建立流动图书馆等方式,吸引视障人士利用图书馆。我国公共图书馆可以通过在媒体上做公益广告、制作宣传单和海报、建立盲人数据库、举办各种培训及休闲活动、建立盲文分馆等多种方式提升视障服务水平。Russian libraries for the blind pay great attention to the propaganda work, they attract visually impaired people to use libraries through doing public service advertisments in the media, publishing braille documents, carrying out entertainment activities, taking part in reading activities and competitions, setting up mobile libraries, and so on. Public libraries in China could promote the level of visually impaired services by a variety of ways, such as doing public service advertisements in the media, making leaflets and posters, establishing the database for the blind, holding various trainings and leisure activities, setting up braille branch libraries, and so on
