摘　　要：因果分析图法因其简单、直观、有效而被广泛应用于各行各业,同时也能为解决图书馆实际工作中的问题提供思路。全面提升图书馆的服务质量是图书馆工作永恒的主题。将因果分析图法应用于图书馆各个工作环节,有助于从问题产生的结果出发,不断查找产生问题的原因,把影响服务质量的各相关因素的因果关系用全面细致、清晰直观的图形绘制出来,以便于采取直接措施,快速、有效地解决问题,最终取得最佳效果。The causal analysis diagram method is widely used in various walks of life because of its characteristics of simple, intuitive and effective. At the same time, it is able to provide ideas of solving practica~ problems in the library work. Comprehensively improving the quality of library services is the eternal theme in library work. Appling the causal analysis diagram method into every link of library work is helpful to find the cause of problems from the result of problems constantly, and then draw comprehensive, detailed, clear and intuitive graphics of the causality of all relevant factors affecting the quality of services. Thereby,libraries could adopt direct measures to solve problems quickly and efficiently, and get the best effect ultimately.
