摘  要:大学图书馆需要保证馆员始终具备向用户提供高质量、前瞻性信息服务的能力,那么就必须建立长效的馆员学习提升机制,帮助馆员不断提升综合业务能力,以便适应不断变化的信息环境和用户需求。近年来,上海交通大学图书馆积极探索,建立了馆员学习机制,并不断完善学习内容、全面开发学习形式、科学创新保障机制,以为图书馆的可持续发展提供有力的人才保障。University libraries need to ensure that librarians always have capabilities of providing highquality and forward-looking information services to users, in that way, they must establish the long-term librarian learning mechanism, and then help librarians constantly improve their integrated operational capabilities, in order to adapt the changing information environment and users' needs. In recent years, based on the active exploring, Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library has established the librarian learning mechanism, and improve the learning content constantly, develop learning forms fully, innovate the safeguard mechanism scientifically, in order to provide effective personnel protections to the sustainable development of libraries.
