摘  要:针对某酸性天然气田,进行了气质、水质及腐蚀产物分析。结果表明,该气田集输管道的腐蚀主要为CO2腐蚀。通过分析其腐蚀机理,在Shell 95模型的基础上,研究了温度、pH对腐蚀速率的影响,建立了CO2腐蚀预测模型,并进行挂片法验证了模型的可靠性。通过对气田常用的两种缓蚀剂ZD1-1和HJF-B进行常压和高压试验,评价了二者的缓蚀效果,为类似酸性湿天然气集输管道防腐蚀提供了一定的依据。The gas, water and corrosion products in a sour gas field were analyzed. The results snowea mat me corrosion in the gas field gathering pipeline was mainly caused by CO2 corrosion. By the analysis of corrosion mechanism, on the basis of Shell 95 model, the influences of temperature and pH value on corrosion rate were studied. CO2 corrosion prediction model was built, and the reliability of the prediction model was verified by coupon weight loss experiments. In addition, corrosion inhibition of corrosion inhibitors ZDI-1 and HJF-B which are commonly used in field was evaluated under normal pressure and high pressure. The results can provide some basis of anti-corrosion for sour wet gas gathering pipelines.
