摘 要:带锈层碳钢在海水淡化一级反渗透产水中腐蚀非常严重,采用失重法、电化学测量及表面分析技术研究了六偏磷酸钠及硫酸锌复配缓蚀剂对带锈碳钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明,六偏磷酸钠及硫酸锌对带锈碳钢具有很强的协调缓蚀效果,复配药剂的缓蚀效率随着加药量的增加而提高,两者的最优配比为1∶1;综合考虑加药的经济性及缓蚀效果,理想加药量可选择为20mg/L,此时缓蚀率可达70%以上。表面分析结果表明,该复配缓蚀剂能够与碳钢表面氧化物结合成膜,使锈层更致密,从而阻碍腐蚀的进行。The corrosion of rusted carbon steel is very serious in reverse osmosis (RO) product water of seawater. The inhibition effect of sodium hexametaphosphate and zinc sulfate on rusted carbon steel was studied by weight loss method, electrochemical tests and surface analysis techniques. The results indicated that sodium hexametaphosphate and zinc sulfate showed a strong synergistic effect and the optimal ratio of two chemicals was 1 ~ 1. The inhibition efficiency appeared to increase with increasing the inhibitors concentration and the ideal dosage of inhibitors was 20 mg/L when the chemical cost and inhibition efficiency were taken into account. Surface analysis results proved that the combined inhibitors could combine with corrosion product and make the rust layer much more compact.
