摘 要:印度尼西亚某低品位红土镍矿含镍1.57%、含铁21.67%,其中镍主要以硅酸镍形式存在。为将该矿石的镍含量提高到6%以上以符合印度尼西亚政府对出口红土镍矿的规定,以硫酸钠和碳酸钠为助熔剂,进行了还原焙烧—弱磁选试验。试验结果表明,当煤用量为25%、硫酸钠+碳酸钠的配比和总用量分别为3∶1和20%、焙烧温度为1 200℃、焙烧时间为60 min、磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占85%、磁场强度为96 kA/m时,可获得产率为22.06%、镍品位为6.05%、镍回收率为85.03%、铁品位为65.74%、铁回收率为66.92%的镍铁精矿,其镍品位超过印度尼西亚出口红土镍矿的品位下限。Indonesia low-grade nickel laterite ore contains Ni of 1. 57% and Fe of 21. 67%,among which nickel exists in form of garnierite. In order to comply with the provisions of Indonesia nickel laterite ore export by increasing the nickel content of above 6%,experiments of reduction roasting and low intensity magnetic separation were carried out with sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate as cosolvent. The test results showed that under conditions of adding 25% reducing coal,the ratio and total amount of sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate at 3∶ 1 and 20% respectively,roasting temperature at 1 200 ℃ for 60 min,grinding fineness of0. 074 mm 85%,and magnetic field intensity of 96 kA / m,nickel and iron concentrate with yield of 22. 06%,Ni grade of 6. 05%,Ni recovery of 85. 03%,Fe grade of 65. 74%,and Fe recovery of 66. 92% was obtained. Ni grade in this concentrate is high of the lowest limit for exports of Indonesia laterite nickel ore.
