摘  要:目的:研究降香檀叶的显微及其活性成分的薄层色谱鉴别特征。方法:采用药材性状、显微及薄层色谱鉴定方法。结果:降香檀叶主要显微鉴别特征为射线细胞、韧皮部细胞等富含草酸钙结晶,下表皮主为平轴式气孔,粉末可见由2个大小悬殊细胞组成且壁疣明显的非腺毛;薄层色谱中两产地降香檀叶中均可检出异黄酮6-羟基-鹰嘴豆芽素A和鹰嘴豆芽素A。结论:该显微鉴别和薄层鉴别方法能有效鉴别降香檀叶。Objective: To study the character of the microscopic identification and active ingredients' TLC identification of the of the leaves ofDalbergia odorifera. Method: The drug properties, microscopic and TLC identification of the leaves of D. odorifera T. Chen were adopted. Result: The microscopic characteristics of Dalbergla odorifera leaves mainly were that ray cells, phloem cells contain rich calcium oxalate crystals, paracytic type stomata was mainly on the lower epidermis, and the non-glandular hairs were composed of two cells which were variable size with wall warts significantly. The TLC of the both producing area could be used to detect the isoflavone 6-hydroxy-biochanin A and bioehanin A. Conclusion: The method of the microscopic identification and TLC can differentiate the leaves of D. odorifera effectively.
