安冲汤对子宫内膜纤溶系统影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨安冲汤止血调经的部分作用机理。方法:选育龄期未孕健康雌性SD大鼠,随机分为空白组、安冲汤高、中、低剂量组、止血芳酸对照组。各组实验动物连续灌胃给药15天后处死,检测子宫组织纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(PAI-1)的表达。结果:安冲汤中剂量组与止血芳酸阳性对照组两组t-PA和PAI-1两项指标比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:安冲汤抑制子宫内膜纤溶系统的活性,促进血液凝固,起到止血调经的作用。Objective： To explore the mechanism of hemostasis and regulating menstruation of Anchongtang. Methods： SD female rats not pregnant were randomly divided into： control group, Anehongtang group and aminomethylbenzoic acid group. Experimental animals in each group for oral administration for 15 days. The effect of Anchongtang was evaluated by t - PA and PAI- 1 from the uterus organization. Results： Above indexes were no difference of middle dose group compared with aminomethylbenzoic acid group （P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusion： Anchongtang can reduce the activity of fibrinolytic system and promote blood coagulation. This role may be part of hemostatic mechanism and regulating menstruation effect.
