妈富隆对绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血患者血清性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价妈富隆对绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血患者血清促卵泡生成素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌激素(estradiol,E2)水平的影响。方法:选择绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予止血、抗感染和抗贫血及给予米非司酮片治疗。观察组在对照组治疗方式基础上,加用妈富隆治疗。结果:观察组总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(72.50%)(P<0.05)。观察组控制出血时间和完全止血时间低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者的血清FSH、LH、E2水平分别为(23.89±8.64)U/L、(21.87±6.37)U/L、(126.80±37.48)pmol/L,低于对照组患者(P<0.01)。结论:妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效显著,安全可靠,是较佳方案,而且能明显改善绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血患者的血清FSH、LH、E2水平。Objective： To evaluate the Marvelon intervention of serum follicle stimulating hormone （ FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH）, estrogen （E2 ） level of menopausal transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients. Methods： 80 patients of menopausal transi- tional dysfunctional uterine bleeding, who were admitted to our hospital as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group： adopted hemostasis, anti infection and anti anemia symptomatic treatment, and given mifepristone tab- lets treatment. The observation group ： the control group treatment plus Marvelon. Results ： Total effective rate of observation group was 90% higher than that of the control group 72. 50%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05） . To control the bleeding time and com- plete hemostasis time, the observation group were （ 19. 25 ± 5.28） h, （38.59 ± 11.23 ） h lower than that of the control group （28.43 ± 8. 79） h, （52. 17 ± 14. 78） h, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.01 ） . After treatment, serum FSH, LH, E2 levels, the patients in observation group were （23.89 ± 8.64） U/L, （21.87 ± 6. 37） U/L, （ 126. 80 ± 37.48） pmol/L lower than the control group （53.16 ± 9. 75） U/L, （37. 49 ± 7. 81 ） U/L , （331.96 ± 53.49） pmol/L, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion： Marvelon treatment of menopausal transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding, good curative effect, safe and reliable, is a better solution, and also can improve the serum FSH, LH, E2 levels of menopausal transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients.
