摘  要:基于农业循环经济系统的结构特点,采用矩阵型网络DEA模型对全国7省市2007年度农业循环经济进行分析和测算,以评价农业循环经济系统及内部子系统效率。结果表明,大部分省市农业循环经济系统是非DEA有效的,即其投入过剩、资源利用率低、各项投入组合不佳,有很大的改进空间。矩阵型网络DEA模型是对传统DEA模型的改进,使得决策者能够观察了解到农业循环经济系统内部每个子系统的运作效率,从而使决策更有针对性,便于决策者进行绩效改进。与传统DEA模型的评价结果相比,新方法更具有实用性。Base on the structural characteristics of agricultural cyclic economy system, the matrix network DEA model is used to analyze and calculate agricultural cyclic economy of 7 provinces in 2007 in order to evaluate the efficiency of agricultural cyclic economy system and its subsystem. The results indicate that agricultural cyclic e- conomy system in most provinces is with the characteristics of non-effective DEA, such as investment surplus, low resource utilization and poor investment portfolio. Therefore, there is much room for its improvement. The matrix network DEA model is improved based on the traditional DEA model, by which decision-makers could ob- serve the operational efficiency of every subsystem in agricultural cyclic economy system. Thus, these decisions will be well-targeted so that performance could be improved. Compared with traditional DEA model, the new method is more practical.
