摘  要:以处于单核靠边期的桔梗花药为试材,以MS和N6为基本培养基,研究了不同种类生长素和细胞分裂素对桔梗花药愈伤组织诱导效果的影响。结果表明:桔梗花药愈伤组织培养中以MS作为基本培养基时的诱导率和分化率都好于N6;以6-BA为细胞分裂素时的诱导率和分化率均好于KT;以2,4-D为生长素时的愈伤组织诱导率和分化率均好于NAA和IAA,NAA又好于IAA。故MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L 2,4-D和N6+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L 2,4-D为桔梗花药较理想的诱导培养基配方。Taking Platycodon grandiflorum anther in the late uninucleate stage as material, with MS and N6 as basic medium,the effect of different kinds of cytokinin and auxin on callus induction were studied. The results showed that as the basic culture, MS was better than N6 both in induction rate and differentiation rate in Platycodon grandiflorum anther tissue culture^as cytokinin,6-BA was better than KT both in induction rate and differentiation rate;2,4-D as the auxin,the induction rate and differentiation rate of callus were both better than NAA and IAA, NAA was better than IAA. In conclusion the better inducing medium in Platycodon grandiflorum anther tissue culture were MS+ 1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0. 2 mg/L 2,4-D and N6 +1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0. 2 mg/L 2,4-D.
