摘　　要：介绍国家对洗毛污水排放的要求及目前主要应用于洗毛工序的几种洗毛废水处理方法,探讨在洗毛工序中采用Sirolan CF多循环洗毛水洗工艺装备回收羊毛脂,处理淤泥及采用酶处理植物性草杂,使COD值达到国家污水排放标准,提出回收洗毛工序产生的废料将其制成再生能源的观点,最终达到提高羊毛脂的回收量、毛条制成率,改善产品质量,实现清洁化生产的目的。This article describes the several ways used in scouring process,and it is introduced the Sirolan CF multi-cycle washing equipment used in scouring process to recycle lanolin,dispose sludge and remove plant grass with Enzymes in order to decrease the COD and meet the requirements of sewage discharge standard,meanwhile,it would improve the quality of the wool product and reduce the pollution to the environment.
