摘 要:针对纯毛Z/Z强捻股线在生产过程中易出现扭结和断头现象,结合生产实践经验从蒸纱定捻方式入手,采用新型蒸纱机,以蒸纱时间、温度、压强、循环次数(抽真空次数)作为4个因素,通过正交试验方法对纯毛Z/Z强捻股线进行蒸纱处理,以回捻数和纱线强力作为衡量指标,配合单因素分析对比,优化蒸纱工艺。试验结果表明:高温、短时、适中压强、双循环蒸纱在一定程度上改善了纱线的回捻现象,纱线强力损失较少,可以用于纯毛强捻股线蒸纱生产实践。According to the pure wool heavy twisted Z /Z plied yarns prone to kinking and failure phenomenon in the process of production,analysis and researches were taken on this phenomenon, combined with practical experience in production,this paper started from steaming process to make twist permanent,made steaming time,temperature,pressure,the number of cycles as test factors,and used orthogonal test method to steaming the yarns with new steaming machine,return twist number and yarn strength as indexes,used single factor to analyze and parallel results,finally optimized steaming process. Results show that high temperature,short period of time,medium pressure and double steaming circles can reduce back twist number and get a better yarn strength,and this process can be used as heavy twisted yarn steaming.
