差别化涤/粘/毛多组分混纺纱线的生产实践

摘　　要：研究了16 tex阳离子改性涤纶/凯斯林涤纶/粘胶/毛60/10/15/15差别化涤粘毛多组分混纺纱线的生产工艺流程、工艺参数及原料选配。通过功能性阳离子改性涤纶、凯斯林涤纶、粘胶3种纤维在清花工序预先进行混合成卷,用特殊的装置将特殊定制的精梳毛条在梳棉机后与之同时喂入混合,经并条、粗纱、细纱纺成纱线。通过小试、中试、批量生产过程,对纤维内在指标、各道生产工序工艺参数进行优选,对实际生产过程中需要注意的问题进行科学、系统地研究,形成了设计与生产管理、半成品与成品的质量控制标准与规范。This study is designed by differential multicomponent blend yarn of production process flow,process parameters,raw material from 16 tex,60 /10 /15 /15,polyester,Kathleen,viscose and fur which are the representative products with fiber blended yarn. Mixed into volume in advance by functional cationic modified polyester,Kathleen,viscose and put in card with the special combed top. It makes a preference to fiber and the parametric of production process and has a systematic research for the real production. At last it forms a standard with the the quality control of production management,semifinished products and the finished product.
