松结构粗纺毛呢面料的生产控制实践

摘　　要：研究了松结构粗纺毛呢面料生产控制难的原因及解决问题的重点及方法。通过数据及图表的统计、汇总,对比说明措施的有效性。从工艺设计的改进及原料的控制入手,针对松结构产品易出现问题的工序,分别从织布工艺与操作,缝筒工序对位线的处理及操作法的改进,后整理工艺、操作、设备等方面进行分析研究,并针对不同的工序及产品特点采取行之有效的控制措施。入库成品统计表明,降等品率大幅下降,说明措施可行有效。Loose structure is studied in regard to woollen cloth fabric production control is difficult to grasp the cause and to solve this problem is the focus and methods involved. Through the statistical data and charts,summary and comparison to illustrate the effectiveness of the measures and effectiveness. From the process design improvement and careful control of raw materials,products for loose structure easy to out of the question process from weaving processing technology,operation. Seam tube process para line processing and finishing each working procedure and improve the operation process,operation, equipment,etc. Specific research and analysis for different working procedure and according to the characteristics of the product to take effective control measures. Through the above measures and the implementation of the warehouse finished product rate of fall,fall rate dropped significantly,illustrates measures is feasible and effective.
