摘　　要：脾胃为气机升降的枢纽,脾以升为健,胃以降为和,脾胃升降失常,则诸病丛生。国医大师徐景藩教授认为,升清、降浊为脾胃病治疗学中的重要理论与大法,并归纳为降气、通腑、补气升阳、升阳举陷等,临床可合理运用。Spleen and stomach is the key for the upbearing and downbearing of qi. Spleen should upbear but stomach should downbear. The disorders of spleen upbearing or stomach downbearing lead to various diseases. State medical master, Professor XU Jingfan thinks that upbearing the clear and downbearing the turbid is an important theory and method in treatment of spleen and stomach diseases and summarizes as downbearing qi, freeing the bowels, supplementing qi, upbearing yang and raising the fall.
