从中医整体、动态、平衡观论脉诊客观化研究

摘　　要：脉诊是中医特色诊法,传统脉诊受医师临床经验、主观感悟等诸多因素影响,其临床应用与继承发扬受到限制。近几十年来脉诊客观化研究受到关注并取得一些成绩,但存在偏离中医理论、反映信息不全面、检测分析标准不统一等问题。在系统分析脉诊客观化研究现状的基础上,提出结合中医整体观、动态观、平衡观及现代脉诊技术,将新型三探头中医脉诊信息系统与中医特色的脉象信息采集、分析方法相结合的研究新思路,搭建中医脉学理论与临床实践之间的桥梁,使脉诊客观化研究能真正有效地服务于中医临床。Pulse examination is a special examination method in Chinese medicine. The traditional pulse examination is affected by the clinical experience and subjective perception of doctors. Its clinical application, inheritance and promotion are limited. In recent decades the objective research of pulse examination has got some attention and achievement but still with some problems such as deviation from TCM theory, one-sided reflection of the information and no uniform standard of detection and analysis. Based on system analysis of present pulse examination situation, the article proposes a new research idea combined overall, dynamic and balanced concept of TCM with modern pulse technique and introduces a new research method combined New Type Three-Probe Pulse Examination Information System with TCM pulse acquisition and analysis in order to connect TCM pulse theory with clinical practice and make the objective research of pulse examination serve the clinic.
