摘　　要：本文在研究日本国立大学法人化后第一个"中期评估"结果以及分析日本政府、社会、学界基于评估过程或结果对"法人化"改革有效性意见基础上,认为日本大学"法人化"改革对于中国高等教育改革的借鉴意义,更多地在于路径的可取性,但其具体措施的有效性较有争议,弊端也已初露端倪,值得中国大学改革者警醒和规避。Based on the research on the first ＂mid-term assessment＂ about Japanese national universities Corporation Reform and the analysis of the different views about the reform from different perspective, we draw a conclusion as follows. The significance of Japanese national universities Corporation Reform to China is more of its path. The specific measures of the reform have many limitations. Chinese universities should learn their lessons.
