摘　　要：马克思《资本论》第1卷出版后的最初一段时间,在西方社会的反响不大,原因在于:一方面,《资本论》入门的门槛偏高,普通人难以理解;另一方面,西方政府和学者的沉默态度制约了它的传播。西方学者对《资本论》的批判分为两个阶段,即整体进行否定和通过与其他经济理论沟通、融合的方式加以改造。目前,改造《资本论》成为当今西方马克思主义经济学研究的主流,但改造《资本论》研究应该遵循两个原则:一是不能背离马克思经济理论的基本立场、观点和方法;二是改造《资本论》的目的是为了谋求马克思经济理论的发展而非使其庸俗化。The social repercussion of Marx's first volume of Das Kapital in the western society was not large at the first period time after its publication,the reason lied in:on the one hand,it was difficult for the ordinary people to understand Das Kapital because of the high threshold of its introduction.On the other hand,silent attitude of western society restricted the spread of Das Kapital.Western scholars' criticism of Das Kapital was divided into two stages,namely denying the whole and transforming through the way of communicating,integrating with other economic theories.At present,transformation of Das Kapital has become the mainstream of Western Marxist Economist study.But its study should abide by two principles:first,cannot deviate from the basic stand,viewpoints,methods of Marxist Economic Theories;second,the purpose of transformation of Das Kapital is to seek the development of Marxist Economic Theory rather than make it philistine.
