摘 要:为确保PLC系统控制始终处于可靠、高效、稳定运行的状态,以粗纱机应用为例,针对PLC系统在其安装应用过程中出现的一些细节问题采取了一系列措施。从常见干扰源产生的源头出发,利用简单实用的抗干扰方法,实施了相对应的预防性改良措施,并把PLC系统控制在外围保护方面的不足与传统控制保护中的优点相结合,相互补缺。实践证明该方法行之有效。认为:依据具体问题具体分析的原则,总结PLC系统故障维修的实践经验,可在粗纱机的应用中取得良好的辅助效果,充分发挥PLC系统的优势功能。To ensure PLC system keeping reliable, efficient and stable condition, a series of measures were adopted according to details in installing and applying PLC system in suspended flyer roving machine. From sources of frequent interference, simple and practical anti-interferenee method was used, corresponding preventive measures were implemen- ted. Disadvantages of PLC system in external protection and the advantages of traditional protection were combined,learn from each other. The waetiee shows that the above method is effective. It is considered that wineiple of analyzing spe- cific issues should be adopted,practical experiences of PLC system breakdown maintenance should be summarized. Fi- nally secondary effeet of using PLC system in roving machine can be better, advantages of PLC system can be used fully.
