摘 要:探讨粘胶基Outlast纤维和Siwear纤维的纺纱工艺及成纱性能。分析了两种粘胶基Outlast纤维和Siwear纤维的性能,通过实际纺纱试验,确定了各工序纺纱工艺配置和相关技术措施,并对两种纤维的成纱质量进行了对比分析。结果表明:国产粘胶基Siwear纤维的纺纱性能已经达到甚至超过了进口粘胶基Outlast纤维的质量水平。认为:纺制该类纤维纱线应针对纤维特点,以防止微胶囊破裂为原则,合理配置相关工艺,控制好温湿度并采取必要的抗静电措施。国产粘胶基Siwear纤维具有较高的性价比,可在降低生产成本,促进功能性纤维产品开发方面发挥积极的作用。Spinning property and processing of Outlast fiber and Siwear fiber based on viscose were discussed. The two kinds of fiber property was analyzed. Through actual spinning test, processing configuration and related technology measures were optimized. Property of the two kinds of yarn was contrasted and analyzed. The result shows that spinning property of domestic Siwear fiber based on viscose is reaching or exceeding exported Outlast fiber based on viscose. It is considered that a series of measures should be adopted including spinning according to fiber property, preventing micro- capsules broken, selecting rational processing, controlling temperature & humidity and adopting necessary antistatic meas- ures. Price of domestic Siwear fiber is lower based on viscose, it can play an active role in aspect of reducing production cost and promoting functional fiber product development.
