摘　　要：探讨功能性小提花家纺织物的开发要点。以16.7 tex/48 F浅蓝色涤纶长丝为经纱,12.5 tex米色圣麻纱为纬纱,介绍了织物组织和配色模纹。针对产品的特点,整经速度设为860 m/min,保证经轴质量;优选浆料配方,水溶性聚酯浆料取代PVA,降低了浆纱成本;调整织造工序的工艺参数,合理控制车间温湿度;并对所开发织物的防螨和抗菌性能进行了测试,结果表明:所开发织物防螨、抗菌效果均较好。认为:通过采取相应的技术措施,可以开发出具有功能性的家纺织物。Development key points of functional small jacquard home textiles were discussed. 16.7 tex/48 F light blue polyester filament was used as warp, 12.5 tex beige Shengma yarn was used as weft. Fabric texture structure and color matching weave were introduced. According to product property, warping speed was 860 nr/min to ensure warp beam quality. Sizing instruction was optimized and water-soluble polyester size mixture was used to replace PVA, the siz- ing cost can be reduced. Weaving processing parameter was adjusted and temperature ＆ humidity in workshop were con- trolled rationally. Anti-mite and anti-bacterial properties of the fabric were tested. The result shows that anti-mite and anti-bacterial properties of the fabric are better. It is considered that functional small jacquard home textiles can be de- veloped through adopting related technology measures.
