中小学师生接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗的安全性观察

摘　　要：目的评价甲型H1N1流感疫苗上市后大规模应用的安全性。方法选取符合条件的中小学学校,为符合入选标准并自愿接种疫苗的师生随机接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗或季节性流感疫苗,采用主动监测和被动报告的方法观察接种后一般反应和异常反应的发生情况。结果接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗一般反应发生率为4.00%(68/1 702),接种季节性流感疫苗发生率为4.86%(81/1 665);接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗异常反应发生率为0.94%(16/1 702),接种季节性流感疫苗发生率为1.14%(19/1 665);异常反应病例均为过敏性皮疹,未发生严重异常反应。结论国产15μg裂解无佐剂甲型H1N1流感疫苗不良反应发生率与季节性流感疫苗相当,说明其安全性可靠。Objective To evaluate the safety of influenza A H1N1 vaccine after large scale application. Methods Qualified primary and secondary schools were selected, and the voluntary teachers and students who conformed to the inclusion criteria in those schools were vaccinated influenza A H1N1 vaccine or seasonal influenza vaccine randomly, then initiative monitoring and passive report were taken to observe the common adverse reactions and rare adverse reactions after inoculation. Results The incidence rates of common adverse reaction for influenza A H1N1 vaccine and seasonal flu vaccine were 4.00% （68/1 702） and 4.86% （81/1 665） respectively; and those of rare adverse reaction for the two vaccines were 0.94% （16/1 702） and 1.14% （19/l 665） respectively. Moreover, the rare adverse reactions were all allergic skin rashes, and no severe adverse reaction was found. Conclusion The ad- verse reaction following immunization of domestic 15 txg non-adjuvant split-virion influenza A H1N1 vaccine matches with that of seasonal flu vaccine, so its safety is reliable.
