摘 要:目的了解滨城区基层医疗机构医用器械致病菌污染状况,为基层医疗机构医用器械消毒监测和预警提供科学依据。方法 2009-2012年采集滨城区基层医疗机构医用器械等样品986份,对沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、溶血性链球菌、变形杆菌等5种常见医用器械致病菌进行监测分析。结果 986份样品中检出致病菌92株,总检出率9.3%。2009-2012年医疗器械污染致病菌检出率分别为21.3%、10.5%、7.3%和3.8%。牙手机的污染情况最为严重,检出率为15.7%;其次是治疗台表面,检出率为11.3%,手术镊子、医护人员手表面、无菌器械保存液的检出率分别为9.6%、9.0%和0.7%。结论溶血性链球菌、变形杆菌对滨城区医用器械的污染普遍存在,治疗台桌面、牙手机的污染将会导致医源性感染。Objective To investigate the situations and levels of medical instrument pathogenic bacteria pollution for grassroots medical institutions in Bincheng city and to provide scientific basis for monitoring and early warning for medical instrument disin- fection of grassroots medical institutions. Methods From 2009 to 2012, 986 medical equipment samples from grassroots medical in- stitutions in Bincheng city were collected and analyzed for five kinds of common pathogenic bacteria of salmonella, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, hemolytic streptococcus, proteus. Results Among all samples, 92 pathogenic strains were isolated and the overall positive rate was 9.3%. The positive rate of pathogenic bacteria of medical equipment pollution from 2009 to 2012 were 21.3%, 10.5%, 7.3% and 3.8% respectively. The positive rate in dental handpieces and treatment table surface, surgery tweezers, medical staff's hand surface and preserving fluid of aseptic apparatus were 11.3%, 9.6%, 9.0% and 0.7% respectively. Conclusion The results show that hemolytic streptococcus and proteus widely exist in medical instrument in Bincheng city, dental handpieces and treatment table surface pollution will lead to iatrogenic infection.
