安阳市2007-2009年住院病人疾病谱分析

摘　　要：目的分析住院病人疾病谱特征,了解居民就医需求,为调整有关卫生政策、合理配置医疗卫生资源提供依据。方法收集安阳市2007-2009年几所主要医院住院病人资料,分析疾病谱的现状和变化。结果 3年间住院病例呈增长趋势,年均增长9.90%。妊娠分娩和产褥期疾病、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤与中毒、消化系统疾病和肿瘤位于疾病顺位的前六位,所占比重大,且具有明显的年龄特征。男性病例多于女性,罹患的疾病种类也多于女性,凸现了男性健康问题值得关注。农村妊娠分娩和产褥期疾病问题比较突出。结论医疗保障体系的建设和完善为安阳市民营造了更好的就医环境,医疗服务利用在逐年增加;针对卫生服务需求的较快增长,以及疾病具有的明显的性别、年龄和城乡特征,需要采取更有针对性的防治策略。Objective To provide a basis for the health policy adjustment and rational allocation of health resources by analysis on inpatients＇ disease spectrum and master health needs of residents. Methods Based on analysis on the information of inpatients in the main hospitals of Anyang City from 2007 to 2009, the present situation and change trends in disease patterns were described. Results The number of hospitalized cases kept on a growth trend in the three yeas, with an average annual rate of 9.90%. Pregnancy and puerperal diseases, diseases of the circulatory system, respiratory diseases, injuries and poisoning, diseases of the digestive sys- tem tumor located in the first six places with a large total proportion. The age characteristic was obviously presented. Both the num- ber and the variety of males were more than the females , showing that male health should be highlighted for concern, and the rural problems of pregnancy and childbirth puerperium disease became serious. Conclusion Construction and promotion of medical se- curity system create a better medical environment for people in Anyang, health service utilization is increasing. The diseases involv- ing obvious gender, age and urban-rural characteristics, the rapid growth of health services demand make it necessary to take a more targeted strategy of prevention and treatment.
