摘　　要：目的动态研究并客观评价江西省新型农村合作医疗制度试点地区老年人群卫生筹资公平性的现状和变化趋势。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样抽取研究对象,进行6年入户调查,以集中指数(C)I和Kakwani指数作为评价指标进行评价。结果老年人群年人均自付门诊费用、年人均自付住院费用及年人均总自付医疗费用3组Kakwani值均为负数,但其总体绝对值及各组费用所占年人均纯收入的比重均呈下降趋势。结论新农合试点地区老年人群卫生筹资呈现累退性,但总体趋势有向公平性发展,需进一步关注农村老年人群健康改善不公平现象。Objective To dynamically study and objectively evaluate the current situation and variation trend of elderly health fi- nancing equity new-type rural cooperative medical system pilot area in Jiangxi province. Methods Used multistage stratified ran- dom sampling, for 6 years investigation, concentration index （CI） and Kakwani index were as evaluating indicators. Results Kakwani indexes of per capita annual out-of-pocket expenses of outpatients, per capita annual out-of-pocket medical expenses and per capita total out-of-pocket medical costs were negative among elder persons, but absolute value of these Kakwani indexes and pro- portion of expend in each group in annual per capita net income showed a downward trend. Conclusion The equity of elder health financing in the experimental region of new-type rural cooperative medical system shows be regressive ,but the overall trend to eq- uitable development needs paying close attention to rural elderly population health to improve inequality.
