摘　　要：目的探讨5年后社区housebound老年人的转归及影响因素。方法对我市5个社区5年前调查为housebound的老年人，采用问卷调查及面对面访谈的形式进行5年后housebound转归及影响因素调查。结果275例housebound老年人5年后追踪到147例，其中有85例转为非housebound。非housebound老年人平均年龄（73±6．39）岁，仍为housebound老年人62例，平均年龄（77±6．35）岁，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；有配偶，经济收入较富裕，生活习惯较好、ADL得分在108～126之间、没有慢性病、不需要人照顾、没有孤独抑郁、社会交往丰富的housebound老年人中转为非housebound的人数较多，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论低龄，有配偶，有良好的生活习惯、心理状态和社会支持有利于老年housebound状态改善。Objective To study the five years outcome and influencing factors of housebound elderly people in community. Methods The housebound elderly people from five communities were selected in Tangshan city five years ago. The subjects were investigated with face to face interview and questionnaire survey. Results 275 cases of housebound elderly people after five years had been tracking to 147 cases, of which 85 cases turned into housebound. The average age of non-housebonnd elderly people was 73 ± 6.39 years and the average age of 62 housebound elderly people was 77 ±6.35 years. The differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. It showed that more housebound elderly people with spouse, richer economic income, good life habits, ADL scores between 108 and 126, and active social communication, without chronic disease, family care, loneliness and depression turned into non-housebound. The differences were statistically significant （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Housebound condition can be improved in housebound elderly people with low age, spouse, good life habits, psychological status and social support.
