昆明市城郊农民风湿性心脏病影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的研究昆明市官渡区农村居民风湿性心脏病的影响因素,为制定该地区心血管疾病的预防措施提供参考依据。方法采用按比例概率抽样方法对昆明市官渡区9个乡镇27个行政村内4 595人进行风湿性心脏病流行病学调查,对相关影响因素进行单因素分析和多元Logistic逐步回归分析。结果单因素分析显示:性别、年龄、饮酒史、吸烟史、超重、肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、高盐饮食等因素是风湿性心脏病影响因素(P<0.05);将上述影响因素纳入Logistic逐步回归模型,经分析显示:性别、高血压、年龄是风湿性心脏病的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论昆明市官渡区城郊农民性别、高血压、年龄是风湿性心脏病的影响因素,应该加强该地区心血管危险因素的综合防治,以减少疾病的发生率。Objective To study the influence factors of rheumatic heart disease for rural residents in Guandu District of Kunming city, so as to provide a scienth% basis to prevent the development of cardiovascular disease in the region. Methods 4 595 cases were collected to study the epidemic status of rheumatic heart disease on the 27 administrative villages of 9 towns in Guandu District of Kunming city by probability proportional sampling, to study the relevant affecting factors by the univariate analysis and the Logistic regression analysis for those statistically significant factors. Results Univariate analysis showed that gender, age, alcohol consump- tion, smoking, overweight, obesity, hypertension, diabetes, high salt diet were influence factors of rheumatic heart disease by uni- variate analysis （P〈0. 05）. The analysis by Logistic regression model showed that sex, hypertension and age were influence factors of the disease （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Sex, hypertension and age are influence factors of the rheumatic heart disease for suburban farmers in Guandu District of Kunming city. We should strengthen comprehensive prevention and control cardiovascular disease in the region to reduce the incidence of the disease.
