摘 要:采用间歇曝气复合型膜生物反应器(MBR)对含盐榨菜废水进行处理研究。试验结果表明:在进水COD为320~580mg/L、氨氮为106~190mg/L、可溶性磷酸盐为27~45mg/L、pH值为7.5~9、SS为106~245mg/L时,反应器运行稳定后,对COD、氨氮、磷酸盐、ss的平均去除率分别为66%、94.16%、33.94%、99%。试验还发现,含盐环境下微生物所分泌的大量胞外聚合物是造成膜污染的主要原因。Compound-type MBR with intermittent aeration was used to treat high-salinity mustard tuber wastewater. The results showed that the average removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen, soluble phosphate and SS were 66% , 94.16% , 33.94% and 99% , respectively. The operating conditions were COD of 320 to 580 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen of 106 to 190 mg/L, soluble phosphate of 27 to 45 mg/L, pH of 7.5 to 9, and SS of 106 to 245 mg/L. Also, the extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) excreted by microorganisms under saline enviromnent were found to be responsible for membrane fouling.
