临床药师在1例病毒性脑炎伴癫痫发作患者药物治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在重症监护室重症患者药物治疗实践中发挥的作用。方法:通过临床药师对1例病毒性脑炎伴癫痫发作的患者实施药学监护,关注患者用药方案中抗病毒药物及抗菌药物的选择、抗癫痫药物相互作用及药品不良反应等几个方面,协助医师为患者制订个体化的治疗方案。结果:20 d后,患者一般状态较前明显好转,各项生命体征平稳,转入康复科继续治疗,1月后康复出院。结论:临床药师对病毒性脑炎伴癫痫发作的患者实施药学监护可以提高患者用药的安全性、有效性,体现临床药师价值。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the role of clinical pharmacists in drug treatment for severe patients in ICU. METHODS： Through providing pharmaceutical care for a case of viral encephalitis complicating with epileptic seizures, paying attention to antiviral treatment, antibiotics selection, anti-epilepsy drug interactions and ADR, clinical pharmacists assisted physicians to develop individualized treatment plan. RESULTS： 20 days later, the patient was making good progress after treatment and vital signs kept stable, and then the patient was admitted into rehabilitation department and discharged from the hospital one month later. CONCLUSIONS：Pharmaceutical care to provided by clinical pharmacist can improve safety and effectiveness of drug use and embody the value of clinical pharmacists.
