摘　　要：结合对古文字中"潮"之本字形体演变的考察,文章认为"盜"之本形"■"所从的"■"旁,是从"潮"的象形初文的一种变体演变而成的。"■"应理解为一个以"■(潮之象形初文)"为声符的形声字。With the research on the primary writing of Chao（潮） as well as on its evolution, this essay discovered that the ＂沝＂, a formed character of＂ ＂ which was the primary writing of Dao（盜）, actually came from one variant form of the primary pictographic writing of Chao（潮）. Therefore, ＂ ＂ should be a Pictophonetic character with the phonetic character ＂~＂ which was the primary pictographic writing of Chao（潮）. Finally, ＂ ＂ became Dao（盜）.
