摘  要:采用MgCl2与胶清中的氨原位生成Mg(OH)2辅以微波辐射凝固胶清橡胶,通过扫描电镜观察Mg(OH)2在橡胶中的分布情况并研究不同Mg(OH)2含量对胶清橡胶硫化性能、物理机械性能及热稳定性的影响。结果表明:原位生成Mg(OH)2的同时能较好地凝固胶清橡胶,Mg(OH)2对橡胶的硫化有较明显的影响,随Mg(OH)2含量增大,胶清橡胶的力学性能呈下降趋势,但热稳定性略有增加。当Mg(OH)2含量不高于5%时,Mg(OH)2的粒径在20 nm左右,在橡胶基体中分散比较均匀;当Mg(OH)2含量大于10%时,Mg(OH)2粒径变大,团聚情况变严重,在橡胶中的分散不均匀。Skim rubber was efficiently coagulated by microwave radiation and magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2) in-situ prepared through magnesium chloride (MgC12) and ammonia, the distribution of Mg(OH)2 in the skim rubber was observed through the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the effect of different Mg(OH)2 contents on the vulcanization properties, mechanical properties and thermal stability of skim rubber was investigated. The results showed that Mg(OH): has a great influence on the vulcanization properties of skim rubber, and the mechanical properties of skim rubber were decreased with the increase of Mg(OH)2 contents, meanwhile, the thermal stability of skim rubber was slightly increased. The diameter of Mg(OH)2 was about 20 nm, and Mg(OH)2 was uniformly dispersed in skim rubber when Mg(OH)2 contents are no more than 5%; but the diameter of Mg(OH)2 became larger, and Mg(OH)2 was easier to agglomerate and nmmniformly dispersed in skim rubber when Mg(OH)2 contents were more than 10%.
