摘  要:通过对辽宁省民办高校师资队伍现状进行分析,可以发现民办高校的师资队伍建设普遍存在结构不合理、队伍稳定性差、专业教师梯队断层、缺少专业带头人等关键问题。在分析成因的基础上,认为政府落实政策支持、民办高校自身加强内源动力是民办高校师资队伍建设走出困境的必由之路。Based on the investigation of teachers' present situation of private colleges in Liaoning Province, the we found paper pointed out the common problems for teachers' team development such as unreasonable structure of teachers, poor stability of teachers' team, professional teachers rank faults, lack of discipline leaders and so on. Analyzing what resulted in these problems, we conclude that the government should carry out the policy to promote the development of private higher education, and the private colleges should enhance the construction of human resources system to build the core competitiveness.
