摘　　要：大学生创造力的培养是社会管理、社会建设、经济发展方式转变的客观要求。从大学生领导力对创造力的影响研究入手,探索领导力对创造力的影响因子,构建结构方程模型,尝试解析大学生领导力对创造力的影响机理,从而探索出依托领导力开发的大学生创造力培养方式,是对大学生创造力研究的一种新的尝试。The cultivation of college students＇ creativity is the objective requirements of social management, social construction and transformation of economic development patterns. As a point from the study about the influence of college students＇ leadership on the creativity, this paper explores the factors of leadership on creativity, constructs the structural equation model, and tries to analyze how coUege student＇s leadership influence on the creativity. On these bases, this paper can explore ways of culturing college students＇ creativity which based on the development of leadership, and this is a new way of studying the creativity of college students.
