湖北省电线积冰特征及其冰区划分

摘　　要：采用湖北省11个气象站1980—2011年和70个气象站2008—2011年的电线积冰和气象要素观测资料，分析了该省电线积冰日的时空分布特征和周期性变化特点，给出了不同来向气团影响下的电线积冰特征，并对湖北省冰区进行了初步划分。结果表明：湖北省电线积冰的多发区主要位于西南部、中部和东南部的利川、钟祥和咸宁等地；电线积冰日数呈增加、减少、再增加的振荡式变化趋势，其中1980—1993年和2005—2011年为2个频发期；1月份的电线积冰次数出现最多；年际变化规律中存在着10a以上，5—9a和1～3a等多种周期尺度；西北、北和东北3个来向的气团共同导致了湖北省的积冰天气，其中东北来向气团的温度条件和湿度条件易于较厚积冰的产生；绘制的湖北省冰区图能反映实际积冰事故的分布特征，山区、风区和周围多水体分布区域为主要冰区。Based on wire icing and meteorological elements observations from 1980 to 2011 in 11 meteorological stations and from 2008 to 2011 in 70 meteorological stations in Hubei Province, the spatiotemporal distribution and periodic characteristics of wire icing were analyzed, the features of wire icing affected by air masses from different directions were given and an preliminary wire icing zoning was made. Main results show that, the frequency of wire icing days is high in Lichuan, Zhongxiang and Xianning located in southwest, central, and southeast areas of the province, respectively, and they show obvious oscillations trend in two frequent occurrence periods of 1908 - 1993 and 2005 - 2011 ; the highest frequency of wire icing is in January ; longer than 10 years＇ , 5 - 9 years＇ , and 1 - 3 years＇ time scales are the main oscillation trend; wire icing weather condition is mainly controlled by the northwest, north and northeast air mass transport, and the temperature and humidity conditions of northeast air mass are in favor with the formation of heavy ice accretion in Hubei province. The icing zoning could reflect the distribution of ice accretion accidents, which mainly happen in mountainous, strong-wind, and rich water resources ＇ areas.
