摘 要:对2011年1月广西低温雨雪冰冻灾害的特征和成因进行了分析,并与2008年作了对比。结果表明,(1)气温异常低且持续时间长,雨雪冰冻天气维持时间长,但是冰冻和冻雨的日数和站次较2008年为少,灾害程度低于2008年。(2)亚洲极涡面积偏大、贝加尔湖区阻塞高压显著偏强,副高强度面积明显偏弱偏小,使冷空气不断补充影响广西。南支槽活跃提供充足了的水汽,最终形成灾害天气。但锋区强度和水汽来源明显较2008年弱。(3)逆温层的强度、厚度,500 hPa温度及地面气温对冻雨形成的强度、范围和持续时间均有显著的影响。This study analyzed the characteristics and cause of the freezing rain and snow disaster in Guangxi Province in January of 2011 and made a comparison with those in 2008. The results are as follows : ( 1 ) the disaster is characterized with extreme low temperature and long-lasting freezing rain and snow period, but the days and times of frost and freezing rain are less than those in 2008 , and the degree of disaster is lower than that in 2008. (2) the extent of Asia polar vortex increases, the Baykal, Oz. blocking high intensifies , the intensity and area of the western Pacific subtropical high significantly decreases, and the sufficient vapor ultimately forms the disaster. It made the front intensity and the vapour supplies in 2011 weaker than that in 2008. (3) The intensity and thickness of the inversion layer, 500hPa temperature and surface temperature significantly affect on the intensity, scope and duration of freezing rain obviously.
