摘　　要：目的:寻求制备心肌缺血再灌注损伤动物模型的理想方法。方法:根据实际工作中积累的经验,对常规造模方法进行优化设计,观察其造模效果,并加以分析。结果:对20只家兔实施造模,成功17只,效果良好,能够满足研究需要。结论:笔者所使用造模方法依据充分、切实可行,值得推广,可供其他研究人员借鉴。Objective ： To seek the ideal method of manufacturing animal model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods ： According to the practical work experience, the conventional method was optimized, and then the effect was observed and analyzed. Results： 17 of 20 rabbits were successfully made into animal model and the satisfactory results can meet the needs of research. Conclusion： The method provided by the author has full basis and practicability, and it is available to other researchers for reference and worthy of promotion.
