摘 要:目的:基于中医体质学说理论,研究气虚质个体行为与认知能力特性,通过心算事件相应电位技术获得相应动态神经特性。方法:筛选16名中医气虚质和17名平和质组大学生被试分别完成30 min持续心算认知任务过程,获得行为与ERP数据。结果:气虚质组计算任务平均反应时高于平和质组,有显著性差异(P<0.01);气虚质组计算任务平均正确率低于平和质组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。气虚质组心算任务中诱发始于300ms较小波幅晚期正慢波成分,与平和质比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:气虚质组与平和质组个体完成连续心算任务的行为学特征与认知加工能力有差异,提示气虚质体算式视觉刺激呈现感知度、辨别提示敏感度较低,相关机制与机体调动能量资源能力低水平有关,结果为中医体质学说理论提供新的认知数据支持。Objective: To compare the cognitive effects of subjects of the Qi deficiency constitutions group and the blanced constitution group with constitution identification theories in Chinese medicine. An event - related potential study (ERP) was carried on ,taking the behavioral data and cognitive responses to mental arithmetic in subjects. Methods: 33 health college students were screened and divided into the Qi deficiency constitutions group for 16 and the balanced group for 17. Subjects of both groups had taken cognitive tasks of continuous mental arithmetic for 30 minutes, while the behav- ioral data and ERP data were recorded during the whole processes. Results :The reaction time of the Qi deficiency consti- tution group was longer than that of the balanced group, the accuracy of the Qi deficiency constitution group was lower than that of the balanced group, and there were significant dift^rences between the two groups. Waves on latter positive slow potential waves at the beginning of 300 ms evoked with significant smaller amplitude for responses to mental arithmetic in subjects of the Qi deficiency constitution group had significant difference compared with that of the balanced group. Con- clusion : Subjects with Qi deficiency have weaker cognitive abilities related with lower perceived power of calculate image of visual sensory responses and slow identify sensitivity. Subjects with Qi deficiency should be in weak state of energy re- sources, referred to the researches of Qi deficiency with energy metabolism in the past. The results should be supplied for the cognitive research of constitution theories in Chinese medicine.
