摘 要:目的:以二丁基二氯化物(DBTC)所致大鼠慢性胰腺炎为动物模型,以DBTC大鼠的血清CCK含量与胰腺组织病理为指标,观察中药复方制剂袪瘀清胰颗粒抗慢性胰腺炎的药理作用。方法:50只大鼠分为空白对照组、模型对照组、袪瘀清胰颗粒低、中、高3个剂量组,尾静脉注射DBTC溶液造模,造模后分别灌胃给袪瘀清胰颗粒相应剂量药液,连续56天,于末次给药后麻醉腹主动脉取血测血清胆囊收缩素(CCK),取胰腺观察胰腺组织病理改变。结果:袪瘀清胰颗粒可明显降低DBTC大鼠的血清CCK含量,对胰腺组织的病理改变有明显的保护作用。结论:袪瘀清胰颗粒具有保护慢性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺组织及降低慢性胰腺炎大鼠血清CCK的药理作用。Objective : By dibutyltin dichloride (DBTC) - induced chronic pancreatitis animal model and DBTC rats serum CCK content and pancreatic tissue pathology as an indicator, to observe the pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine Quyu Qingyi particles against chronic panereatitis. Methods:50 rats were divided into blank control group, model control group, Quyu Qingyi particles low, middle, and high dose groups. The dibutyltin chloride (DBTC) was injected in tail vein was to establish the model, and then corresponding doses of Quyu Qingyi particles were adminis- tered to the rats,continuous for56 days. Anesthesia and abdominal aortic blood after the last administration,serum chole- cystokinin (CCK) and pancreatic pathology were measured. Results: Quyu Qingyi particles can significantly reduce the DBTC rat serum CCK content, and has significant protective effect on the pathological changes of pancreatic tissue. Con- clusion: Quyu Qingyi particles have the protective effects of pancreatic tissue in rat chronic pancreatitis and can reduce chronic pancreatitis serum CCK.
