摘　　要：以介绍中药有效成(组)分提取试验研究方法为目的,查阅了国内相关文献。介绍常用试验设计方法:正交设计法、均匀设计法、星点-效应面法、田口设计法等在中药有效成分或组分提取中的应用现状,总结出各自的特点,提出了一些建议。To introduce experimental research methods for extracting active components of Chinese medicines, we made a reference to the related medical papers published in China, and analyzed the information collected. In this paper, an introduction is given to the present situation of some experimental design methods mostly used in extracting active com- ponents of Chinese medicines. The methods include orthogonal design, uniform design, central composite design -re- sponse surface method and Tagnchi design. Meanwhile, their respective characteristics are discussed and some suggestions are proposed.
