CIC和IgE与妊高征血管内皮损伤关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨CIC和IgE与妊高征血管内皮损伤的关系。方法 :CIC采用PEG NaF沉淀比浊法 ,IgE采用ELISA双抗体夹心法进行测定。结果 :妊高征产前组的IgE与正常妊娠组相比明显升高 ,与自身对照的产后组相比无显著性差异 ,妊高征产后组的IgE与对照组相比明显增高。妊高征产前组的CIC与对照组、自身对照的产后组相比明显升高 ,妊高征产后组的CIC与对照组相比明显升高。结论 :IgE在妊高征胎盘的母体面和母体的其它重要脏器引起I型变态反应 ,导致VEC的损伤 ;CIC在妊高征的胎盘等处引起明显的血管病变 ,类似于Ⅲ型变态反应 ,从而导致VEC的损伤。Objective:Studies on the relationship of CIC,IgE and the damage of blood vessel endothelial cells of PIH.Methods:CIC by PEG-NaF sendimentation colorimetry.IgE by sensitive and specific ELISA.Results:PIH-pre-delivdry women had a much higher IgE level than that of normal pregnancy ,but no differencte compared with PIH-post-delivery,there was difference between PIH-post-delivery and non-pregnancy.PIH-pre-delivery had a higher CIC level than PIH-post-delivery and normal pregnancy group.PIH-post-delivery also had a elevated CIC level compared with non-pregnancy.Conclusions IgE can induce I-allergic reaction in the mother-surface of placenta and other chief organs of pregnant woman with PIH,and make injur in VEC,CIC may give rise to clear disease in the vasculars in placenta with PIH,alike to Ⅲ-allergic reaction,and lead to injury in VEC.
