摘　　要：介绍了新钢厚板厂滚切式双边剪系统的构成、生产工艺以及利用调整电气参数使转速同步的方法来处理钢板跑偏的问题。Describe the composition, production process of the rolling-cut double-side trimmer system in Xinsteel Heavy Plate Plant, as well as the method using electrical parameters to make rotation speed synchronize so as to solve the problem of plate running-off.
