摘　　要：针对高线大围盘水平活套前夹送辊万向轴损坏事故频发的问题进行分析并改进，解决了频繁断轴问题，提高了设备运行可靠性。The universal shaft of the pinch rolls is frequently damaged due to faults, before the horizontal looper of the repeater of the high-speed wire rod mill. For this, carry on the analysis and improvement to solve the problem, as the result the reliability of equipment operation is improved.
