摘  要:目的监测医院不同病区分离的多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌属耐药性变迁及基因同源性,为临床治疗和医院感染控制提供依据。方法收集2006—2008年医院临床分离非重复多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌株23株,采用Kirby—Bauer(K—B)法进行药敏试验,应用肠杆菌科基因间重复序列聚合酶链反应(ERIC—PCR)对菌株进行DNA分型及同源性分析。结果23株鲍曼不动杆菌中,对3种或以上抗茵药耐药有22株;ERIC—PCR谱型表现为7种基因型,其中来源于不同的2个克隆株A型和B型,共占79.3%,且2个克隆株的相似度为72.7%。结论来自多个病区的多重鲍曼不动杆菌对抗生素耐药率高,且具有基因同源性,存在院内克隆传播。Objective To monitore the separation of hospital ward different multiple drug resistant acineto- bacter baumannii resistance change and gene homology, provide the basis for clinical treatment and hospital infection control. Methods In 2006 - 2008, collected 23 strains of hospital clinical separation non - repeated multiple drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii, using the K- B (Kirby Bauer) method for drug sensitive test, applicating enter- obacteriaceae intergenic repetitive sequence polymerase chain reaction (ERIC -PCR) for strains classification and DNA homology analysis. Results In 23 strains of acinetobacter banmannii, with three or more antibiotic resistance has 22 strains ; ERIC - PCR spectrum of 7 kinds of genotypes, which is derived from two different clone strains of type A and type B, accounted for 79.3%, and the two clone strains has similarity of 72. 7%. Conclusion Multiple acinetobacter baumannii from multiple units have high prevalence of antibiotic resistance, and gene homology, it means that there exists the clone propagation in hospital.
