临床微生物培养结果与抗菌药物使用相符情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解临床微生物培养结果对临床使用抗菌药物的指导作用,促进抗菌药物合理应用。方法采取回顾性调查的方法,调查住院患者临床微生物培养结果与抗菌药物使用两者相符情况。结果三种临床微生物培养结果与临床选用抗菌药物相符率总体为41.99%,其中痰标本40%,尿标本61.76%,血标本31.79%;不相符的主要原因是培养阴性但仍使用抗菌药物。结论提高微生物鉴定的正确性和分离率,为临床提供快速、准确、全面的报告,临床微生物实验室才能发挥更大的作用。Objective Promote the reasonable application of antibiotics by investigating the guidance of mi- crobiological culture results for application of antibiotics. Methods Investigated the application of antibiotics and mi- crobiological culture results of hospitalized patients by retrospective review. Results Coincidence rate of the three mi- crobiological culture results and application antibiotics is 41.99%. Sputum specimens is 40% , urine specimens is 61.76% and blood specimens is 31.79%. Conclusion Clinical microbiology laboratory can play a great role by pro- viding fast, accurate and comprehensive report for clinical.
