摘　　要：尿失禁是尿液失去主观控制,不自主排出的一组综合征,是排尿障碍性疾患的常见症状。尿失禁可由多种原因所致,而在病案首页的诊断常见仅写"尿失禁",这将造成编码失误,因为尿失禁有多种类型,临床医生应根据不同病因所致的尿失禁书写病情及诊断。笔者阐述了多种类型的尿失禁及尿失禁的ICD-10编码,供临床医生及编码人员参考,期望达到抛砖引玉的效果。Urinary incontinence is a symptom that patients lost subjective control of urination and urinate au- tomatically. Urinary incontinence is caused by many reasons, but it leads coding mistake if clinicians diagnose this symptom without distinction in First Page of Illness Case. Clinicians should record disease＇s actual condition and di- agnose it with different causes. This essay states some kinds of Urinary incontinence and its ICD - 10 coding numbers for clinicians and coders reference. We hope more people are inspired and encouraged to join us.
