摘  要:高职教育的特性决定了它与社会要保持紧密的联系,其中,学校文化和企业文化的对接尤为重要。结合常州轻工职业技术学院实际,校企文化对接应该形成以职业核心能力、文化自觉为要素,以整体性、动态化、实践性、双向性、创新性为原则,以社团、专业文化、创业和职业规划以及邓建军的校本研究为载体的实施策略,从而顺应校企走向深度合作的发展趋势。The characteristics of higher vocational education determine that it should be closely linked to society. Then the campus culture and corporate culture joint is particularly important. With Changzhou Institute of Light Industry Technology as an example, the campus-corporate culture joint should carry out the implementation strategy with the professional core competencies and cultural self-consciousness as the factors, with the integrality, dynamism, practicality, bidirectionality and creativity as the principles, and with the clubs, professional culture, career planning and school-based research of Deng Jianjun as the carriers, thus conforming to the development trend of deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
